During this first in person meeting, we complete a full site assessment:

Exact measurements of all relevant areas
Locations of utilities, structures and problem areas, potential issues such as water pooling
Slope and grading evaluation
Photos of the entire site for accurate planning

Soil and ground conditions
Sun/Shade exposure
Review of existing plans, sketches, or site maps (if available)

If you have any existing documents - even simple drawings - we review them carefully to understand:
